What advice and tips would you give me on starting a fast food outlet? and i may open more stores if my fast food outlet is sucsessful.

    The number one thing I would suggest is RESEARCH. Is there even a need for it in the community? Competition in the fast food industry is vital to the success. Restaurants welcome competition because it gives the consumer variety. However, if you are too similar to another restaurant or mildly mimic the original, you may find yourself with a high rent and no income to cover it. Hang out in the areas you plan to open this outlet and act as a surveyor. Furthermore, analyze how much income you will need to sustain basic operations. It may be a while before you break even.
