What advice do you have for my first visit to a gynecologist?

I have my first gynecologist visit next Tuesday and I'm nervous. Does anyone out there have any advice to make my appointment run smoothly?

    just relax. I think you can go with someone if you dont think you're goin to be comfortable with the gynocologist or u can ask for a nurse to stand by.. i've never actually been but i read alot
