Markham boot camp is not like any other fitness boot camp that one may have heard of. The exercise portion of the camp is designed for individuals of all fitness levels. It is results driven and participants are given opportunities through the exercise period to focus on individual target areas for sculpting and toning. Individuals can attend the camp for up to six weeks to receive exercise and fitness training that lasts approximately an hour per session.

Meeting with a Markham Boot Camp representative allows individuals an opportunity to discuss their goals and objectives with a professional who will help them to come up with a plan for success. Discussing diet and exercise concerns and issues with the representative at this time will allow a program plan to meet an individual’s specific needs. The representative will also assist with nutritional awareness and assistance as needed.

Prior to starting the exercise program participants complete a series of stretches. These stretching exercises are designed to help a person gain flexibility and be able to perform the exercise routines without being injured. Following an exercise session the group then completes a series of yoga exercises that serve to relax the body and increase flexibility in those areas that have been toned.

The exercise part of the program is designed to be more effective than regular cardio exercises and increases the metabolism significantly, which burns calories at a greater rate. The exercise regimen is changed on a monthly basis. Whether a person is involved in the four-week program or the six-week program they will not become bored with the program.
